Stop exercise and start moving. If you've been put off exercise because it gets boring and repetitive you're not the only one! Perhaps you started off a programme with good intention but it was just too complicated and time consuming. Sounds familiar? Then this course is for you. That's because I keep it simple and focus on developing efficient functional movement for everyday life.
Over the three live sessions you'll learn the basics of the human movement pattern – how to squat, lunge, push, pull, rotate, crawl, walk, run.
Suitable for all ages and fitness levels. You'll be shown different levels of each movement so that you can work at your own comfortable pace.
Plus bonus videos tutorials:
You’ll learn how to maximise your range of motion in the joints and strengthen muscle and bones to improve your everyday movement.
I'll help you to create a life-long programme for fitness, health and general well-being.
The course is suitable for any age, fitness level and all abilities from complete beginners to seasoned 'exercisers'.
"You turned every exercise into a learning experience that was fun to do. You’re an excellent coach: relaxed, patient, blending sharp observation with empathy."
"This time last year I was unable to run any more than two miles without knee pain. I attended a workshop run by Gray at the end of September last year. It completely re-ignited my love for running. As a resulted I completed the London Marathon this year. This has been a dream of mine since the very first one. Whenever I here from people struggling with various niggles from running I always recommend they check out ChiRunning. Thank you. "
