Move With Ease (Starts 1 Aug)

Stop exercising, start moving with intention and ease. Learn how to squat, lunge, push, pull, rotate, and breath effectively and efficiently. Move with ease – no strain, all gain!

Delivered by Gray Caws. Online Live classes Saturday mornings 10:30am-12noon. 

All you need is access to a computer and some indoor space around you to practice.
